Raphael is a principal at UGL Management, a real estate firm focused on acquisitions and development opportunities in Virginia.

Before founding UGL Management, Raphael worked at several prominent New York City real estate firms. He spent five years at the Durst Organization, where he had a pivotal role in some of New York City’s largest property transactions. He was part of the team that negotiated and structured the joint venture between the Port Authority and the Durst Organization for the development of One World Trade Center. Additionally, while at Durst, he was responsible for the financial analysis of iconic residential developments exceeding $1 billion.
